Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026 · These are plain-language starter terms. Have a lawyer review them before relying on them.

1. Who we are

"Content League" is operated by GAINZ / Xander Parisella ("we," "us"). By purchasing a membership, using the Studio software, or joining the community, you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying

Membership includes access to the educational curriculum, the Studio web application, weekly content drops and audits, and the member community for the duration of your paid term. The Engine (1:1) tier includes the additional services described on its page. All offerings are educational; no outcome of any kind is guaranteed (see the Earnings Disclaimer).

3. Billing, cancellation, refunds

  • Billing is processed by Whop/Stripe under their terms.
  • Monthly memberships renew each month and can be cancelled anytime from your Whop account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Annual memberships are a 12-month commitment, billed up front, and renew yearly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing. If something is genuinely wrong, contact us and we'll work it out.

4. Community conduct

Be a decent human. No harassment, spam, self-promotion without permission, or sharing of other members' content or data outside the community. We can remove anyone who makes the room worse, without refund, at our reasonable discretion.

5. Intellectual property

The curriculum, drops, audits, and Studio software are our intellectual property, licensed to you for personal use while you're a member. Don't reshare, resell, or redistribute them. Content YOU create — your videos, your ideas, your data in Studio — remains yours.

6. Studio software

Studio is provided "as is" as part of your membership. We work hard to keep it fast and available but don't warrant uninterrupted service. Features may change. You can export your data at any time; if you cancel, your access ends but you keep your exports.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the program is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, platform algorithm changes, or decisions you make based on educational content.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to members. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
